Guarantee any outcome, transaction, or deal

Participate in negotiations or assume liability for agreements made off-platform

Verify all claims made by users—due diligence is the sole responsibility of both parties

5. BROKERING, FEES & COMPENSATION

If you choose to engage Cann-Atlas or any affiliated brokers for facilitation or deal structuring, separate agreements will apply. These may include:

Finder’s fees or commissions

Retainer or licensing agreements

Confidentiality and exclusivity clauses

Unless expressly agreed upon in writing, Cann-Atlas is not obligated to represent or promote any specific user.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, videos, design) is the property of Cann-Atlas Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:
